Motorola E815 is the phone I use to send text messages. Would I recommend this phone? It really depends. If all you’re looking for is reception, this phone is great. Compared to other phones I’ve had, this one rarely dropped calls. I even had good reception where people with different phones and the same provider had poor reception. Good job Motorola.
If you’re looking for features, it has quite a bit. But the features aren’t so great. The camera is so so, the vibration is weak and the software is a little quirky. The phone tends to freeze and reboot after sending or receiving over 60 stored texts. What really gets me, is the screen somehow leaks small particles of dust and lint to where the screen looks like crap.
The best thing about this phone is that it’s hackable. I can get free internet and make the volume louder than factory settings. Gotta love hacks!
So would I recommend it? Yeah. As long as you’re not picky like me.
